We love how this coalition in Arlington, Virginia, is getting ahead of and reframing several of the unhelpful narrative that always come up when you start talking about housing. Their yard signs read:

"Density mean more diversity. More neighbors = more fun. Granny flats are grand. Characters make up the neighborhood character. Renters are welcome. Duplexes and multiplexes are pretty."
